fitme Journal: Pre-Pack Anxiety

Yesterday I stayed up late working on the Plateau Buster Challenge materials.

By stay up late, I also mean... needed an extra hour to wind down by watching Greys Anatomy and stress ate some graham crackers and nutella before bed because I was anxious about upcoming travel.

I woke up with a headache... not sure why.  Maybe staying up late, or the sugar before bed. Like a hangover. I'm a little annoyed with myself for doing that...but, its a new day.  Onward.

Tomorrow morning we leave for our trip to Hawaii. I can't wait... but I also haven't packed. That is normal for me... but probably doesn't help the travel anxiety.

I'm also incredibly excited about the Challenge that starts Monday. This challenge is going to be a game changer for the people that do it. It is simple, but not easy...but will absolutely kickstart weight loss.

Yes- I am doing a slightly modified version on vacay. I was going to wait until I got back, but to be honest, that is that all or nothing mindset giving me excuses. Modified is better than zero.

So - 24 hours until the plane leaves - I've got challenge videos to record today, a few coaching calls, some professional development stuff to do and then of course the dreaded packing which I'll probably start at 8pm.
